 Situated in a village set up but not very far away from the main town of Poynad, a quaint little home, aesthetically designed with great vibes. The swimming pool is the mainstay.

very nicely maintained 5 acres of farm with a 3Bedroom house and one of finest visited swimming pool with crystal clean water.

With 3 bedrooms (all with AC - two with queen beds and with twin beds and 3bathrooms (all on the ground floor) available to guests +a small kitchen+ a lovely garden and pool to star gaze or laze - it's perfect for a family or a group of friends.
The property is about 5 mins off a main road, and this road is a village kuccha road. There are no shops or restaurants nearby (can be both a pro and a con) and the closest shops are in the village of Pezari or Poynad, a 10 min drive away.
